ECA is inviting home performance and home repair contractor participation in the Delaware Weatherization Assistance Program (DE WAP) and the PreWAP Program. Participating contractors can build their businesses with year-round streams of steady work. ECA will provide scoped work, clear payment timelines, and opportunities for training and growth. Contractors will model the professionalism our clients deserve, share observations and findings as they provide services, and leave behind quality work in each home.
