Each year the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) partners with OHCD and PGW to offer workshops around the city of Philadelphia to help consumers weatherize their homes and ultimately save money.  Residents gain a basic understanding of the best and most cost-effective ways to reduce their energy usage at this free workshop.  Upon completion of the workshop each client will receive a free weatherization kit to utilize in their home.
