Green Block Build Party
Join ECA as it partners with People's Emergency Center, SCI West, The Partnership CDC, Rebuilding Together, Mantua Community Improvement Committee and Drexel University to address the interrrelated issues of poverty and global climate change.
The Green Block Party program takes a block-by-block, house-by-house approach to improving the health and wealth of low-income households. Blocks that participate will receive education and a suite of products and services designed to help each participant transition to a healthier life and home.
Green Block Build Day is an action-packed event that combines on-site home repair with community programming right in the neighborhood.
Green Block Build Day will feature a Rain Barrel Workshop, Weatherization Workshop, Home Repair Assistance, Tree Planting, Block Clean Up, Energy Efficient Upgrades, Financial Education and more!
