WSC 202 - Customer Service for Installers

Course Length: 1 day (8 hour)
Course Description: This course is designed for weatherization Crew Chiefs and Auditors to provide a better understanding of the Weatherization Assistance Program and how the processes and services to clients are implemented. Students will be aware of the cultural aspects of diverse populations and how this influences how the weatherization worker performs in a client’s home and what information the client needs to be aware of. The course emphasizes all aspects of effective communication. Competencies taught are required by the PA Department of Labor and Industry and are assessed via role play.
